I have no idea what i m doing but i just drank a straight half cup of tea with 1g of abv.
Put the abv into the tea infuser or tea ball and put into thermos.

Add 2 3 tsp of abv to the empty tea bag and staple tie it shut note.
Add the splenda to the thermos.
Microwave for 1 30 or until hot.
Pour abv into the tea bag with the tea and use the detached string to tie the tea bag back together.
2 tsp had me at a 7 for several hours.
Combine butter and milk in a coffee mug.
It tasted awful and then i got paranoid that it wouldn t work so i ate a spoonful of peanut butter.
Cover top and wait 15 20 min.

Personally i wouldn t say tea s a good idea unless you like the flavor of abv.
You don t need any lipids or alcohols with abv.
Abv itself is ready for consumption but people tend to put it into foods to mask the taste.

This really depends on the dose you want.
Seal the thermos and let the tea steep for 10 15 minutes the longer it steeps the more potent it will be i actually let it continue to steep while i drink it.
I m in dorms and too lazy to do anything else.
Heat up milk in a microwave or on stove until it just starts to simmer google how to do this right put tea bag and butter into the container and pour the hot milk in.
Would abv tea work.
Can i just put some abv in an empty tea bag and make tea with it.
Could i just put it in a metal tea.
